CONDITIONING IS BEGINNING FOR RETURNING ATHLETES ONLY

Practice schedules are posted here each week.  Practices begin at the times posted below, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of practice to avoid being late.

Due to the changes in weather, be sure to check prior to practice to see if there have been any changes. Also due to the COVID-19 restrictions, check this page daily for changes.


2021 PRACTICES, CONDITIONING, TRAINING



The schedule below is for RETURNING ATHLETES ONLY.  If you are not a registered athlete with Full Stride, we ask that you do not attend this conditioning practice.

Saturday, March 6, 2021  at 9:00 am

Worth Shaw Community Park

801 James Donlon Way in Antioch.

Please arrive by 8:45 am, with the following:

*face covered with mask

*water bottle

*comfortable shoes and clothes (we may be in the hills)

*long sleeved sweatshirt/hoodie


Coaches will have hand sanitizer and all athletes will undergo a temperature and COVID screening.  Parents will not be allowed to participate in practice, but this is a public park so please follow the rules as set for the park.
